He was bored.  Although the money was good, he hated sitting inside an abandon building waiting for a deal to go bad.














KILLING ME WITH YOUR WORDS 
I lose a piece of me every day. 
I disappear with every word you say. 
And you think they’re just words. How much can they hurt? 
I don’t hit her, 
Or use my fists, 
Curse her name, 
Call her a B. 
But twisted faces and angry eyes 
Still kill me Inside.

  6. Wow, the poem is strong. indeed, words can hurt or build up and love. I laughed when I read "bored" because I live on a ranch and spend time outdoors. It does sounds like he's unhappy and perhaps feels trapped. Good post and thanks for stopping by. Nice to meet you!
