Feature and Follow with TGIF

This week question:  What is the best book and worst book you've read in the last month.
The Best

The Worst
Covert Dreams

Social Networking: Do you use Twitter or Facebook to promote your blog?  How has it benefited your book blogging experience? If not, how do you promote your blog?
I have a twitter and face book account.  I use my twitter account more than my face book account. I  like using face book more. It allows you to link with a pic and you can use notes to do a mini review with a link to your blog. Twitter is limited by words so i mainly use them to place a link with a few words and giveaways.  Have they benefited my blogging experience. I would say somewhat. More people are aware that i blog on facebook.  I have gotten a few followers from face book, hard to tell if any come from twitter. without comments. my twitter followers have increased but most don't follow the blog from twitter,   Actually meme's have been my best promotion.

    1. Hi Alysia, i did not do any last year when i started blogging late in the year and this year i went kinda overboard, okkkkay. however most will allow you to cross your books to other challenges which help. I am hosting one also. okay maybe i should not have said that, lol. yes, i did sign up for POC so i shall make a page for that one too. lol. another thing that helps is i chose the lowest level for some.

The first book sounds really interesting. Historical fiction can be really interesting. I'm an old follower! Hop on over if you have the time and I hope you have a great weekend,

  4. I think meme's have helped me the most with getting hits on my blog. It is fun, though, to post a tweet, then go look at your number of hits for that post and see it jump. Thanks for visiting! Happy reading!

  6. I haven't read either of those books. And I have twitter and facebook as well but I'm really not too active on either. I do have an automation st up for my posts, but other than that, I only tweet every now and again.

  11. I like memes, too. They're great for getting people visiting your blog! I agree with you on Facebook - I like that you can put a picture up, or a link that to a website and it'll show a preview. But I do like Twitter for interacting with other bloggers (conversations, readathons, etc.) and authors. Both are great networking devices!

I haven't read either of those books but they don't like books that I'd be very interested in. I'm strictly a fiction reader... Ooh, it's going to be bad when I have to read a biography for school next term. :(

Thanks so much for following me, I really appreciate it! I'm following back via GFC!
